Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the case your product was damaged during delivery, we will gladly issue a full refund, excluding shipping. This refund must occur within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us a photo of your damaged item(s) to be submitted to our carrier. If you have any other questions or concerns, please email us at hello@stillbotanics.co and we will do our best to assist.
We Ship Plastic-Free!
Each item is created and bottled by hand in small batches, in order for you to receive the freshest and most effective item as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically shipped within 3-5 business days however please allow up to 5 days depending on our current volume and/or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Still Organics is not responsible for shipping delays after the package has left our studio.

Our products contain oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds and fruits. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. STILL BOTANICS products are made with natural & organic ingredients. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek help from a qualified medical professional.
